Vikki has guided clients through some of their most pivotal transitions—from managed care companies shifting to value-based contracting using the ADKAR change management model, to academic institutions rethinking their approach to governance, innovation, and stakeholder engagement. She has served as a strategic advisor to start-ups and anchor institutions alike, helping them scale their impact, build internal alignment, and move with agility in times of change. <br> <br>We don’t believe in surface-level change or box-checking exercises.
