About Vikki Lassiter
I’m a strategist and organizational development consultant with over two decades of experience helping mission-driven institutions navigate complexity and drive transformative change. My work is grounded in a commitment to health equity, systems thinking, and collaborative approaches that center both data and lived experience.
As the founder of Adtigo Group, I lead a team focused on building strategies that are as actionable as they are ambitious. I’ve had the privilege of partnering with healthcare organizations, public agencies, research institutions, and nonprofits to realign their structures, culture, and strategy toward measurable impact. Whether advising on organizational transformation, launching cross-sector initiatives, or facilitating strategic planning processes, I bring a deep understanding of how change happens—and how to make it last.
A significant portion of my work has focused on health equity. I’ve co-led research initiatives focused on food systems, Medicaid transformation, and population health, ensuring that community priorities are reflected in institutional agendas and policies. I’ve worked with academic and public health institutions to design participatory research models, create results frameworks, and translate complex findings into policy and practice.

My approach is rooted in practical implementation. I’ve applied the ADKAR change management framework to lead large-scale transitions, including guiding Medicaid payers through the transformation to value-based care. I’ve developed business models for global research centers, designed strategies for inclusive economic development, and supported interdisciplinary teams through organizational redesign and governance innovation.

In addition to my consulting work, I am deeply committed to service. I’ve served on multiple community boards focused on racial justice, economic mobility, and public health, and I regularly contribute my time to initiatives that support emerging leaders, community-based research, and capacity building for grassroots organizations.
I hold an MS in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and a certificate in European Approaches to Organizational Development from i-Coach Academy in London. My work continues to bridge strategy and implementation, helping organizations build the internal capacity and shared leadership needed to make meaningful, lasting change.
